According to LEAD, Inc. bylaws, “The Board of Directors of LEAD, Inc. will support the organization’s work and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations are led by staff (Executive Director, private contractors, consultants, etc.), the Board-staff relationship is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the board is both critical and expected.”

Join our Advisory Board
The Board of Advisors of LEAD, Inc. will support the organization’s work and provide mission-based leadership and strategic insight. While day-to-day operations are led by staff and the governing Board of Directors, LEAD’s Advisory Board provides industry expertise, outreach to new donors, networking opportunities, social media engagement, and increased visibility for the organization.
